GRAM Zebra S integrates seamlessly with GRAM’s digital indicators — K3X, K3iX, K3iX-P, K3W, K3iW — as well as the Z8 and Z8i weighing terminals, via cable or optional Wi-Fi.
All compatible models support 3-colour checkweighing, multi-tare memory, totalisation, date and time-stamped ticket printing, and high-resolution display modes.
Powered by the platform’s integrated Xtrem® digital module, all calibration and adjustment data are securely stored within the system.

Through its K3-series compatibility, GRAM Zebra S works with the PR4 compact thermal printer and the Q2 label/ticket printer, both connected via RS-232C. These printers ensure clear documentation, process traceability and reliable output in demanding workflows. For wireless label printing, GRAM Zebra S also supports the Q1 Bluetooth label printer, which integrates with the Xtrem App and enables barcode labels and mobile traceability functions.

GRAM Zebra S is engineered for Industry 4.0 environments, offering RS-232C as standard and optional Wi-Fi, Ethernet or RS-485 communication modules (non-simultaneous). Its integrated Xtrem® digital core allows the bars to operate autonomously, sending data directly to indicators, PCs, tablets or Android smartphones without intermediate hardware.
When connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet, Zebra S can join a centralised multi-device network, while its built-in Web Server enables browser-based data capture through Chrome, Edge or Safari.

The system works seamlessly with PC Xtrem for legal-for-trade PC-based indication, PW Link for real-time display and CSV export, EX Link for data capture and record import, and the Xtrem App for Android, which supports multi-terminal workflows, barcode scanning and extended traceability when the Premium option is activated.

Zebra S integrates with GRAM’s complete installation ecosystem — including painted-steel or stainless-steel indicator bases with 900-mm columns, stainless U-shaped wall brackets and ABS swivel supports — ensuring ergonomic and secure placement of K3 indicators. Connectivity accessories include ZLink® digital cables in 4.5 m (included), 8 m and 15 m versions, RS-232C cables for printers, PCs and RD3, USB outputs, Direct K USB, and communication options such as Wi-Fi, Ethernet or RS-485.
The bars can also be mounted permanently using fixed foot plates, enabling safe and stable installation under cages, structures or large-format equipment.

GRAM Zebra S supports the RD3 repeater display, which provides clear, high-visibility weight readings for elevated or distant positions. The system also works with the three-level LED traffic light, delivering colour-coded visual feedback for checkweighing, sorting and process-control applications.

Optional ISOCAL calibration certificates are available for GRAM Zebra S. These certificates provide individualised calibration data across all capacity ranges, supporting ISO-aligned quality systems, internal audits and traceable maintenance routines.
