GRAM Scorpion is a low-profile pallet scale designed specifically for Euro-pallet weighing without ramps. With its reduced height and open fork design, pallets can be placed directly onto the platform using a pallet truck. Integrated front wheels and a wide handle allow the scale to be repositioned easily across the warehouse or production area. The Xtrem® digital core is fully integrated inside the platform, enabling autonomous operation and secure transmission of weighing data to indicators, PCs, or mobile devices.

Indicators & Terminals
GRAM Scorpion connects seamlessly with GRAM’s digital indicators — K3X, K3iX, K3W, K3iW — as well as the Z8 and Z8i weighing terminals, via cable or optional Wi-Fi.
All compatible models provide 3-colour checkweighing, high-resolution display modes, multi-tare management, and totalisation, powered by the platform’s integrated Xtrem® module.
Printers
Through its K3 indicator compatibility, GRAM Scorpion integrates with the PR4 compact thermal printer and the Q2 label/ticket printer, supporting clear, reliable documentation and efficient workflow management.
Connectivity, Software & Data Integration
GRAM Scorpion provides flexible connectivity with RS-232C as standard and Wi-Fi as an option, enabling direct communication with indicators, PCs, tablets and iOS/Android smartphones. Its integrated Xtrem® digital module ensures secure communication, supports mixed cabled and wireless setups, and allows data transmission to any device on the IP network.
The platform works seamlessly with Xtrem PC Software, EX Link, PW Link and the Xtrem App, enabling real-time visualisation, CSV export, QR-code output, multi-device management and remote configuration. The Xtrem App also offers multi-terminal workflows and advanced traceability with the Premium option.
Mounting, Cables & Platform Accessories
GRAM Scorpion integrates with GRAM’s complete installation ecosystem — from painted or stainless-steel bases with 900 mm columns to stainless U-brackets, wall-mount systems and ABS swivel supports — ensuring ergonomic and secure placement of K3 indicators. The platform can also be configured with dedicated accessories such as LP low-height stainless-steel feet and C3 load-cell kits for verified systems, supporting safe loading, compliant installation and consistent performance in demanding industrial environments. Connectivity and expansion options include RS-232 cables for printers, RD3 and PC, Direct K USB, USB outputs, Wi-Fi boards and digital add-ons such as the 3-relay board or RTC board, giving teams the flexibility to adapt Scorpion to any workflow.
Remote displays & Visual signals
The platform supports the RD3 repeater display, providing high-visibility weight information in remote or elevated locations. It is also compatible with the three-level LED traffic light, offering immediate colour-coded feedback for checkweighing and process control.
Verification & Calibration
For legal-for-trade setups, GRAM Scorpion can be supplied with CE verification, while optional ISOCAL certificates provide personalised calibration data to support ISO-aligned quality systems.
