GRAM CM integrates a set of core functions designed to support quantity control and routine bench work. The scale supports piece counting for quantity verification and accumulation of multiple weighings, making it suitable for batching, portioning, and repetitive preparation tasks.
An automatic tare function allows containers to be tared quickly, while programmable working modes and internal memory help reduce manual input during daily operation. For applications involving movement, the Autohold function automatically captures stable weight values, and the electronic animal weighing filter reduces the influence of motion, supporting more consistent results in dynamic weighing situations.

PW-Link is GRAM’s software for real-time weighing data capture and reporting. It connects your scale to a PC via RS-232 or USB and records each weighing automatically — including date, time, weight, unit, and weighing number. The result is a live, structured table where weights are captured instantly, eliminating manual entry and reducing human error.

GRAM CM is designed for integration into industrial bench-scale workflows across food processing, catering, automotive and general production environments. The scale can be operated as a standalone unit or connected to external systems via its RS-232C data output, enabling straightforward integration into existing workstation setups.
This connectivity allows GRAM CM to be incorporated into production, quality-control and documentation processes where reliable data transfer from the weighing station is required.
Printers
GRAM CM supports connection to wired printers via RS-232, such as the PR4 printer, enabling direct printout of weighing, counting and accumulation results. This supports clear documentation and traceability in day-to-day production and quality-control workflows.
Calibration & Quality Assurance
Optional ISOCAL calibration certificates are available for GRAM CM, providing documented calibration data to support quality assurance systems, internal audits and compliance requirements in regulated applications.
