The MetriXFreight L63x is designed to measure long and oversized objects, making it the ideal choice for warehouse operations, logistics centers and transport companies that handle irregular or large-format goods. Its static system, based on 2D and 3D cameras, ensures stable and precise measurements without moving components.
High performance and millisecond measurements
With a measuring time of approximately 200 ms, the L63x can process 300–600 pieces per hour (including scanning), depending on the operational flow. This speed makes it the fastest long-goods measurement system on the market.
Certified dimensions for large-format
The system can measure items up to 650 × 260 × 260 cm, covering oversized, extra-long and industrial materials. The L635 version is OIML-certified and holds the EU Type Examination Certificate, making it legally suitable for trade.
Advanced visual documentation for full transparency
The L63x can capture up to 6 photos per measurement and supports optional additional cameras. This photo documentation provides complete visual records of each operation—ideal for audits, claims, internal control and digital traceability.
Flexible installation for extra-long goods
The L63x is installed using a reinforced overhead structure designed to cover large operational areas. The ceiling installation requires a space of 750 × 350 cm with a mounting height of 350–390 cm. This configuration allows operators to work comfortably with long goods without interference.
