The MetriXFreight L33x is specifically developed to measure pallets and bulky items, providing accurate dimension and weight data that streamline the entire logistics flow—from inbound reception to outbound processes and transport operations. Its ability to measure irregularly shaped objects offers great versatility in environments with diverse load types.
Stable performance and ultra-fast measurements
With a measuring time of ~200 ms, the L33x can process between 300 and 600 pieces per hour, including scanning, depending on the intake flow. Its static 2D and 3D sensor technology ensures high accuracy without moving components, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
Maximum dimensions for full operational coverage
The system can measure items up to 260 × 260 × 260 cm, covering the majority of European and industrial pallet formats. The L335 version is certified according to OIML and the EU Type Examination Certificate, meeting the requirements for legal applications where accuracy is essential.
Complete visual documentation for full traceability
The L33x can capture up to 5 photos per measurement, with the option to add additional cameras. This provides detailed visual records for audits, claims or internal verification processes.
Total connectivity and seamless integration
The system includes Ethernet and WLAN as standard and can be optionally expanded with LTE for installations requiring wireless connectivity or greater flexibility. All information can be easily integrated into WMS, TMS or ERP systems via REST API or automatically exported as CSV, XLSX or PDF. It also supports transfers via FTP/SFTP and generates dynamic QR codes directly on screen for immediate reading and digital traceability.
Flexible installation for any environment
The L33x can be installed in two configurations:
- Ceiling installation: the most common option, recommended when the device can be fixed to the building structure.
Dimensions: 400 × 50 × 50 cm, operating area 325 × 325 cm, mounting height 350–390 cm.
- V-shape installation: ideal when the NSP add-on is included.
Dimensions: 325 × 325 × 410 cm.
