The ideal solution for palletized and large-format goods

The MetriXFreight L23x is specifically designed to measure pallets and oversized items, delivering accurate dimension and weight data that streamline logistics in incoming goods, outgoing shipments and transport operations. Its ability to measure irregular shapes – with certain limitations on black, transparent or highly reflective surfaces – makes it suitable for a wide range of use cases.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stable performance and ultra-fast measurements

With a measuring time of ~200 ms, the L23x can process between 300 and 600 pieces per hour, including scanning, depending on the intake flow. Its static 2D and 3D sensor technology ensures accuracy without moving parts, keeping maintenance to a minimum.

Maximum dimensions, maximum operational coverage

The system can measure items up to 260 × 260 × 260 cm, covering the full range of common European and industrial pallet formats. Accuracy and resolution are certified for the L235 version (OIML, EU Type Examination Certificate, NTEP

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Full traceability with advanced photo documentation

The L23x can capture up to 5 photos per measurement using optional additional cameras, providing complete visual documentation for audits, claims or internal traceability.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Total connectivity and seamless integration

The system integrates effortlessly with any logistics environment due to connectivity options that adapt to each installation. Ethernet is included as standard, with optional WLAN or LTE when wireless access is required. All captured data can be transferred to WMS, TMS or ERP systems via REST API, or sent automatically in CSV, XLSX or PDF format, via FTP/SFTP or through dynamic QR codes displayed on-screen.

 

 

 

Flexible installation for any environment

The L23x can be installed in two configurations:

Ceiling installation: the recommended setup for locations where the device can be fixed to the building ceiling.

Dimensions: 400 × 50 × 50 cm, operating area 325 × 325 cm, mounting height between 350–390 cm.

V-shape installation: ideal when the NSP add-on is used.

Dimensions: 325 × 325 × 410 cm.
