Designed for wide-label and high-volume labeling applications, the Q810i combines speed, robustness, and continuous operation in a 6-inch industrial printer. It is ideal for large-format labels used in logistics, production, warehousing, and industrial weighing environments.

 Media Handling & Print Performance

Supporting thermal transfer and direct thermal printing, the Q810i handles paper, polypropylene, and polyester labels. A 450-meter ribbon capacity and support for large label rolls enable long, uninterrupted print runs.
With a 203 dpi resolution and print speeds of up to 177 mm/s (7 ips), the printer delivers fast and consistent output for wide labels. An integrated internal support rewinder and label dispenser improve efficiency in batch processing and manual application, while the color TFT display ensures intuitive operation and monitoring.

System Integration & Industrial Reliability

Labels are fully customizable using BarTender® label design software (software not included) and the printer is designed for seamless integration with the Z8i weighing indicator.
Powered by a 32-bit RISC processor with 8 MB Flash memory (4 MB user storage) and 32 MB SDRAM, and equipped with USB 2.0, RS-232, Ethernet, and USB Host, the Q810i integrates easily into modern IT and automation systems. The robust metal housing, solid industrial print mechanism, and modular thermal printhead ensure durability and easy maintenance in continuous heavy-duty use.
