Designed for wide-label, high-volume applications requiring maximum print accuracy, the Q810i Pro is a 6-inch industrial label printer with 300 dpi resolution. It is ideal for large-format labels with fine text, dense barcodes, detailed graphics, and compliance-critical information, even in continuous industrial operation.

 Media Handling & Print Performance

Supporting thermal transfer and direct thermal printing, the Q810i Pro works with paper, polypropylene, and polyester media. A 450-meter ribbon capacity and support for large-diameter label rolls enable long, uninterrupted print runs.
With 300 dpi print resolution and print speeds of up to 127 mm/s (5 ips), the printer delivers outstanding sharpness and consistent results for demanding wide-label applications. An integrated internal support rewinder and label dispenser improve efficiency in batch processing and manual application, while the color TFT LCD allows intuitive configuration, calibration, and monitoring.

System Integration & Industrial Reliability

Labels are fully customizable using BarTender® label design software (software not included) and the printer is designed for seamless integration with the Z8i weighing indicator.
Powered by a 32-bit RISC processor with 8 MB Flash memory (4 MB user storage) and 32 MB SDRAM, and equipped with USB 2.0, RS-232, Ethernet, and USB Host, the Q810i Pro integrates easily into modern IT and automation systems. The robust all-metal housing, solid industrial print mechanism, automatic ribbon self-adjustment, and modular thermal printhead (TPH) ensure long-term reliability, easy maintenance, and consistent performance in heavy-duty industrial use.
