 Linerless Continuous Labeling

Designed for high-efficiency, continuous labeling applications, the Q500 TL uses linerless (backing-free) continuous paper to print variable-height labels on demand, eliminating the need for pre-cut labels and reducing material waste.

Direct Thermal & Ribbon-Free Operation

TAs a direct thermal printer, the Q500 TL requires no ribbon, lowering operating costs and simplifying maintenance. Labels are fully customizable using BarTender® label design software (software not included) and the printer is designed for seamless integration with the Z8i weighing indicator.

Print–Cut–Apply Workflow

A dedicated linerless cutter and integrated label dispenser are included as standard, enabling an efficient Print–Cut–Apply workflow. The anti-stick platen and mechanism design ensure stable label transport and reliable cutting during continuous operation.

Print Performance & Flexibility

With a 203 dpi resolution and print speeds of up to 150 mm/s (6 ips), the Q500 TL delivers clear text, barcodes, and graphics. A maximum print width of up to 118 mm and variable print lengths provide flexibility for different products and shipping requirements.

System Integration & Sustainability

Powered by a 32-bit RISC processor with 8 MB Flash memory (4 MB user storage) and 16 MB SDRAM, the printer ensures stable performance.
USB, RS-232, and Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) interfaces allow easy system integration, while linerless technology helps reduce material consumption, storage needs, and disposal costs.
