While we are gradually scaling the new setup, our direction is clear:

  • More efficient handling of manufacturing items, with a leaner process designed to reduce waiting times.

Odoo Go-Live: One Platform, Endless Improvements

Another key achievement was the successful implementation of Odoo, our integrated management system.

This transition has already shown clear benefits:

  • increased speed in handling partner and customer requests

With Odoo in place, we are better equipped to scale, innovate, and respond to the evolving needs of the industries we serve.

Strengthening Our Team Structure to Deliver Better Results

At a broader organizational level, we also welcomed a new CMO and a new CFO. With stronger leadership across Marketing and Finance, we’re better positioned to align priorities, support sustainable growth, and deliver value with greater focus and efficiency.
